I just hate Mondays, but don't really have a particular reason except maybe that the weekend is over. Like the song says:

'Cause there are no reasons
What reason do you need to be shown?

Because Mondays signifies a return to rat race and all that entails.

Did you know Bob Geldof wrote that song after reading about 16-year-old Brenda Ann Spencer's reason for shooting up a school?

Sounds like somebody has a case of the Mondays.

I hate Mondays because it means that there are 5 more days until its Saturday..... :( The weekends are far to short.

The UB - Nope, I always picture him looking like Pink from "The Wall", but since you mentioned it I Googled an image. Yikes! Right up there with Keith Richards.

Mason - Oh, there are reasons alright. Just most shouldn't be uttered in polite company.

SAAM - Yes, I found that out after watching a show on TLC about killers.

Keith - I believe you should get your ass kicked for sayin' something like that, man.

Jenny - Monday should be incorporated into the weekend to give everyone one more day of rest.

I agree with Jenny that weekends are too short. I usually refer to it as "moan-day". As in "I want to sleep-more-moan" hehehe. I don't want to get up early on Mondays.

I don't really like getting up early ever. I am more of a night owl than a morning person.

Because I have to get up early and work.

BTW - is that guy related to Jerry Seinfeld?

LOL! No, the singer is Bob Geldof. Although in that screen cap he does look kind of like Jerry Seinfeld in the puffy shirt episode.
