No, it isn't the MXC guys..it's two Japanese comedians, Koji Higashino and Koji Imada. The sketch is literally titled "The After-School Electromagnetic Wave Club", and involves them using their magnets to pull a groper away from his victim. I sense the humour is mainly to be had from the costumes though.

Holy crap! Thanks Aragoto for finding that video! It's hilarious, but also strangley creepy. I am glad that the mystery of that photo has been solved.
